I am a fully qualified Crystal Healer, Complementary Therapist and Teacher with many years experience of working on an intuitive basis and deep energy level.  In addition, I have worked part time in a local health food shop; this has given me valuable training and insight into many diet and nutritional processes as well as thorough knowledge of vitamin and mineral supplementation and phytotherapy which further enhances my therapies. 

Teaching and sharing my extensive knowledge is of high importance to me and I run a number of courses and workshops for both qualified therapists and for individuals who wish to learn more about holistic living.  All courses and workshops are certificated and for qualified therapists may be used for both insurance purposes and CPD accreditation.  I also facilitate meditation groups, for all levels of experience, in a safe environment to empower self development and growth.

I believe that everyone is unique and individual.  Following a thorough consultation, I will cater a treatment that is specially designed for yourself, amalgamating different therapies as appropriate.  My ultimate aim, using my therapies, is to promote a wellness that encompasses the entire person by treating the cause and not just the presenting symptom.
